Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement Admin (Construction Industry, Singapore)

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Admin to join our team and support daily purchasing activities for our construction projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries.
  • Help maintain records of suppliers, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Provide general admin support to the procurement team.

Requirements :

  • Nitec / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, honest, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
