Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is to drive digitalization efforts within the project teams for the purpose of delivering an IDD project.
• Be a champion in the advancement of BIM, VDC and digitalization
• Proficient with C&S, Archi and M&E 3D Models
• Develop and spearhead VDC / IDD Standards
• Drive for improvements in QA / QC monitoring for alignment with organization VDC / IDD standards
• Enforcement of organization's BIM templates and standardization documentation
• Enforcement of 2D / 3D families' standardization
• Lead a team of Digital Engineer / BIM Specialist and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Monitor shop drawings and submission schedule
• Familiar with BIM documentation and shop drawings directly from models
• Train and guide Digital Engineering Team to manage design coordination with technical teams, Client, subcontractors via VDC
• Create / Maintain dashboard for monitoring of project management metrics
• Lead and pilot construction technologies to drive for project efficiency
