• Client Engagement & Support : To assist clients by responding to inquiries across various social media platforms, or in person, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential customers through online and offline channels.
• Marketing Strategy Development : Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and promotional materials such as flyers, brochures etc.
• Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Event Coordination : Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize strategies.
• Budget Management : Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Digital Marketing : Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to increase online visibility.
• Other ad-hoc marketing-related duties as required.
