Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or FMCG retail preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP tools Experience in food retail or health snack products Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (GRAB, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination Experience handling import clearance
Roles & Responsibilities
Full Title : Sales & Operations Coordinator
Location : Shenton Way
Working days : 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time : 8am to 6pm
Salary : $2500- $3000++(will have additional incentive)
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, coordinating logistics, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sales execution. The role expects the candidate to meet its targets as per the projections
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities across online and offline channels
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Liaise with retail partners, distributors, and logistics providers
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
- Maintain sales records and prepare weekly / monthly reports
- Support inventory tracking and restocking needs
- Handle invoicing and basic accounting tasks related to sales
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
