Make an Impact by

• Provide Architectural leadership and vision for Singtel’s Data Platform.
• Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic Data and AI initiatives and ensure alignment to the enterprise-wide data strategy; drive a target and consistent data architecture across the organization; develop and document architecture specifications that serve as the reference for engineering and execution
• Contribute to the business strategies and roadmap development to meet business objectives with existing or emerging data related technologies
• Identify business value through the use of data
• Understand the needs of business and the business vision
• Articulate technology vision / roadmap and how is it applicable to business.
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmap for data platform, data products and data services plus ensuring alignment with the business and enterprise architecture strategies and standards
• Develop, present, and explain the value and vision of proposed data architectures and solutions to both business and IT stakeholders
• Contribute to Singtel enterprise data architecture strategies and roadmaps
• Lead the identification of technologies & tools for data platform Articulate technology solutions as well as explain the competitive advantages of various technology alternatives
• Engage with Data Platform team to understand their business needs and provide suggestions or guidance on what data platform techniques are appropriate to solve their problems with pros / cons articulated clearly
• Build architecture processes and tools to maintain high data availability, quality and maintainability
• Drive a target and consistent data architecture across the organization
• Define data and AI architecture standards, guidelines, operating model and best practices
• Develop and document architecture specifications that serve as the reference for engineering and execution
• Drive proof of concept initiatives. When needed, quickly design and implement a prototype of a system or component with a proper architecture.
