Job descriptionDiploma in Business, Engineering, or related field. Sales experience in Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred. Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently under pressure with a continuous improvement mindset. Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Engineer / Manager – Services
Location : Singapore
Salary : $4,000 - $6,000 + Transport allowance + Fleet card (Own car preferred, but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage new customers for service sales in the industrial, marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationships.
- Maximize profit margins and meet sales targets through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations, gather market intelligence, and submit regular sales reports.
- Comply with Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
