Contract Duration : 6-Months

Work Location : Buona Vista

Work Hours : Mon-Fri (Office Hours)

Job Description :

• Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transferred content and data.
• Work closely with the technical team to facilitate a smooth transition and resolve any migration-related issues.
• Provide Level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting with troubleshooting of technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Perform other related duties to support the transition process as required.
