Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, create content calendars, and plan campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Content creation and management : Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Community management : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback in a "social" and brand-aligned way.
• Performance analysis : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
• Collaboration : Work with other departments, such as marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and to align social media efforts with broader company objectives.
• Trend monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to optimize strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Influencer and crisis management : Identify and engage with influencers, and contribute to crisis management efforts.
