Job descriptionPrepare, and deliver high-quality Chinese language lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus for Primary Schools Use fun, engaging and interactive teaching methods (games, multimedia, group work, etc.) to motivate students and deepen understanding Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and learning styles Monitor, assess student progress; provide constructive feedback; assign homework and conduct periodic tests / exams Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, issues, and celebrate achievements Create a classroom environment that is nurturing, safe, respectful, and conducive to learning Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to plan curriculum and share best practices Experienced in teaching Chinese Language using the MOE syllabus Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language / Chinese Studies / Education or related field; teacher-training qualification desirable Strong proficiency in Mandarin : speaking, reading, writing Excellent classroom management skills; caring, patient, supportive attitude toward students Ability to communicate effectively with parents Creative, energetic, able to make lessons fun & engaging Passion for student growth, willingness to go the extra mile Location beside MRT Downtown Line / Circle Line / Bt Timah Able to work weekday evenings and weekends 与经验相称的具有竞争力的薪资待遇 优渥的假期安排 (可于农历新年期间、六月或十二月期间休假) 专业培训与发展机会，提供全面支持 支持性强、合作友好、积极向上的工作文化 在一家有志于扩展的新机构中发挥影响力的机会 根据新加坡教育部（MOE）课程大纲，规划、准备并开展高质量的小学华文课程 采用有趣、互动和富有吸引力的教学方法（如游戏、多媒体、小组合作等），激发学生的学习动力并加深理解 因材施教，满足不同学生的学习需求与学习风格 持续跟进和评估学生的学习进度，提供建设性反馈，布置作业并定期进行测验 / 考试 定期与家长沟通，汇报学生表现、解决问题，并共同庆祝学生的进步与成就 营造积极、安全、互相尊重且有助学习的课堂氛围 与其他教师及行政人员紧密合作，共同制定课程并分享教学经验 具备使用MOE课程教授华文的教学经验 拥有中文 / 华文教育 / 教育学或相关领域的学士学位；具备教师培训资格者优先 华文听、说、读、写能力优秀，能流利运用普通话授课 优秀的课堂管理能力，具备耐心、关怀和支持性的教学态度 能与家长有效沟通 富有创造力和活力，能够让课堂生动有趣、引人入胜 热爱教育，关注学生成长，愿意为学生付出更多 位于地铁站傍边 （Downtown / Circle Line)／武吉知马附近 可于平日晚上及周末工作

We are seeking Chinese Language Teachers to join our newly set up Chinese Tuition Center for Primary School students. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment to help students master the Chinese language and perform well in school.
