About Us
TOS Auto is a fast-growing automotive dealership specializing in pre-owned cars. We operate with our own in-house workshop (TOS MotorWerk) and spray paint division (TOS Auto SprayWerk) — providing a complete one-stop automotive solution.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, motivated individuals who are passionate about cars and eager to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle sales of new and pre-owned cars
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional product advice
- Manage the full sales process – from prospecting, test drives, to deal closing
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Liaise with finance, insurance, and workshop partners to ensure smooth transactions
- Promote and refer customers to our in-house workshop and spray paint shop (earn additional commission for successful referrals)
- Support marketing and showroom operations when required
Requirements
Experience in car sales or the automotive industry preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, motivated, and target-orientedPossess a valid Class 3 driving licenseAble to work weekends and public holidays (rotational off days)What We Offer
