Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
1. Work with stakeholders to identify understand the requirements for Credit Risk systems especially in areas of limit, collateral and Credit origination, review and approval process.
2. Plan and participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders for eliciting requirements.
3. Elicit and documents business / user requirements and translate them into user-stories for development.
4. Manage requirements by continuously clarifying and reviewing them via walkthrough with stakeholders.
5. Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases / business model / processes.
6. Works closely with Scrum Master / Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation.
7. To drive business process, change requests on gaps identified and manage a projects scope and acceptance.
8. Provide inputs to development team for implementation and perform system testing.
9. Work with user experience designers (UXDs) and business users to plan for UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT.
10. Work with development team to understand data model prepare mapping logic.
11. Ensures completion of documentations and filings to facilitate software development.
12. Study business requirements, evaluate and provide implementation approach / proposal.
Requirements :
1. At least 3 to 5 years IT experience with Bank.
2. At least 2-3 years experience in handling applications related to Risk or other critical applications.
3. Good business analyst experience in Agile projects / development.
4. Experiences with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
5. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Good written and verbal communication, and able to engage stakeholders and manage their expectations.
7. Possess user-stories development skills.
8. Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies with a growth mindset.
9. Solid Excel, data analysis and SQL skills.
10.Ability to work effectively as individual or with a team to understand and interpret requirements leading to technical implementation.
11.Trained in Agile Project Delivery methodology use of one of the agile delivery methods like Scrum or Kanban.
12.Experience in handling complex risk or finance or data migration projects is a plus.
