The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible to provide guests exceptional food & beverage services. The role strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed.

- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations
