Curly's is Ebb & Flow Group's concept, focused on sustainable café food. We are seeking a creative and skilled Baker to join our team. This role involves developing and baking high-quality goods using organic, locally sourced ingredients, as well as researching and creating new products for our menu in preparation for our opening.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and bake a variety of sustainable baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Lead R&D for new menu items, experimenting with seasonal and local ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to finalize and refine new products.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory and minimize waste through sustainable practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery section while adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Baker, with an interest in product development.Pre-opening experience is an added bonusCreative and passionate about experimenting with new recipes.Ability to work independently and contribute to a pre-opening environment.Perks :
