LEASE EXEC (SALES) / UP TO 4K

Job Description

Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.

Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.

Develop marketing collateral and circulars.

Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.

Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.

Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation.

Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.

Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position.

Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
