Job Description

My client is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Biometric Project’s infrastructure installation at customer sites. The role focuses on preparing sites for both pre-project and project installation phases, working closely with Project Managers, vendors, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and equipment installation in alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Facilitate effective communication between vendors, contractors, customers, and internal project teams.
• Track and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Assist in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure smooth deployment and resource allocation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
• Capture and report site progress updates (photos, simple reports).
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Perform hands-on support for hardware replacement, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must-have experience in :

Coordinating electrical / mechanical engineers for project execution.

Hardware replacement / troubleshooting with hands-on skills.

Site implementation and risk assessment.
