Digital Media Assistant (Heritage Gallery)

Responsibilities

Provide photography and videography support for events,

programmes, and outreach activities.

Assist in

setup and dismantling of media equipment for shoots.

Handle post-production editing and organise digital

archives.

Manage media equipment inventory and

ensure proper usage and maintenance.

Support

with digital media administration (file management, equipment

tracking).

Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in photography, video

production, and editing

Proficient in Adobe

Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in heritage or public sector media work

is an advantage
