Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Seeking Project Leader / Manager with a strong track record in systems delivery and integration for high-availability, safety-critical environments.

Mandatory Skill-set

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
Must have with 8+ years experience in managing large-scale projects;
Must have experience in delivering complex systems integration involving multiple stakeholders;
Experience in managing vendor contracts, coordinating subcontractors, and working with teams across multiple locations to deliver projects;
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Knowledgeable in technical documentation and systems architecture;
Experienced in Agile project management methodology;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people engagement skills in both English and Chinese.

Desired Skill-set

Professional Management certification;

Knowledgeable in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and software system lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish;

Ensure projects meet contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards;

Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors;

Oversee project planning, budgeting, hiring, and vendor management;

Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality control;

Maintain thorough documentation, change management, and compliance with standards;

Lead communication, progress reporting, issue resolution, and ensure timely project delivery.
