Job description

Responsibilities :

Provide maintenance and support for Customers' IT NetworkServices.
Hands-on experience introubleshooting large, complex networks comprises of 10 to 20nodes.
Experience working with LAN / WAN / WLANwhich include :
CiscoWireless, Routers, Catalyst and Nexus Switches, Firepower, IPS / IDS,ISE, ASA, ESA, WSA, SMA
Alcatel Wireless andOmniSwitch
Arista Switches andCloudvision
Fortinet, Checkpoint, SolarWindsNPM / NCM / NTA, F5 LTM and ArubaClearPass
Performbreak-fix which include troubleshooting and problem identificationfor any network services.
Develop test casesand conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardwareprior to upgrade / deployment.
Perform the roleof Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small tomedium size projects or Service Requests.
Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to fulfildeliverables, service report and operational request.
Establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complexproblem until its resolved.
Mentor Tier 1Engineers and conduct training to align the Engineers' technicalcompetency.

Requirements :

Required to have minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on networktechnical support experience in SI Environment.

Cisco and Arista certification is preferred.

Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Securitynetworking in implementation, maintenance support and break-fix.
