About
Tinytots
Tinytots offers dynamic,
movement-based classes designed to build coordination, confidence,
and teamwork in children aged 18 months to 6 years. Our programs
are fun, engaging, and focused on nurturing a love for physical
activity in a supportive and inclusive
environment.
Key
Responsibilities
Be Punctual and Reliable :
Ensure all classes start and end on time, as our little ones and
their parents depend on your consistency.
Coach Classes : Conduct fun,
interactive, and age-appropriate gym sessions designed for toddlers
and preschoolers.
Plan
Activities : Create engaging lesson plans to help
children develop motor skills, balance, and
coordination.
Safety
First : Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe
environment and follow Tinytots' safety guidelines.
Build Relationships : Foster
positive, supportive interactions with children and their
parents.
Inspire
Growth : Motivate and guide children to explore their
potential and build confidence through physical
activity.
Team
Collaboration : Work with fellow coaches to plan
events, special classes, and activities.
Administrative Support : Help
with class attendance / feedback, equipment management, distribution
of uniforms, and parent communications as
needed.

Preferred
Skills and Experience
Prior experience coaching or teaching children in
fitness, sports, or similar programs (experience coaching soccer
and / or multisport is a plus)
Basic First Aid
and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate activities
safely.
