About the Role
Our client, a healthcare technology company with a strong regional presence, is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive process automation, data strategy, and system innovation across its business units. The role combines project leadership, change management, and strategic digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across departments (finance, HR, clinical operations).
- Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automation solutions using AI, RPA, and analytics tools.
- Manage digital roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with business growth goals.
- Collaborate with IT, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Develop change management frameworks and ensure strong user adoption.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend pilots or investments.
- Track and report ROI, cost-savings, and efficiency metrics to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or management consulting.Hands-on with ERP, CRM, or data analytics tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Passionate about digital healthcare innovation and operational excellence.Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, medtech, or life sciences sector.Familiarity with robotic process automation (UiPath, Power Automate) and Power BI dashboards.What the Client Offers
