Job Summary
Pacific Logistics Group is looking for a Logistics Service Officer to join our expanding team in Tuas.
Working hours : Mondays to Fridays; 8 : 30am to 6 : 30pm
Job Description
- Performing QR / bar coding, data entry, inventory management and support, documentations
- Coordinating with customer and internally for warehouse and inventory related matters
- Ensuring all paperwork, system and filing is completed on time and accurately
- Planning and following up on orders to ensure on time deliveries
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of inventory (cycle count and inventory)
- Organising trucking and service support
- Inventory reports, communications with customers
- Attending to customer enquiries and ensuring all requests and issues are resolved
- Managing service handlers and service providers
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
