Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and assisting with the creation and preparation of cuisine in our kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, be a team player but also able to work independently, customer oriented with a pleasant disposition, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Executive Chef in ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist Chefs with creation and preparation of cuisine in our kitchen.
• Check that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper conditions.
• Requisition all food items from stores for functions as required, in conjunction with Executive Chef.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times and give guidance to all culinary colleagues.
