Role and Responsibilities :
Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow up with sales leads and exceed KPI
Manage incoming enquiries via internal system
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Education & Certification
Degree, Higher Diploma / Diploma in Business related discipline
Requirements
Proven client support or sales experience with minimum 1 year experience
Track record of achieving KPI
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / response to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Required to work from Wed to Sun (12pm-8pm)
