About this opportunity

The Marketing Communications Manager is part of the APAC Professional (B2B) Marketing Communications team, who is responsible for creating, executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns. The individual will lead data analytics and harness insights to make informed decisions and recommendations across all acquisition channels, to accelerate lead acquisition of General Dentists and Orthodontists. The individual will also be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies for the region, designing and managing our social content programs across owned and earned channels. In this role, you will… Lead Generation Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, retargeting, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. Identify marketing performance issues and undertake root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs). Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. Community Building and Engagement Be the community marketing strategist to lead and develop the professional (B2B) influencer marketing strategy. Design an influencer program that enrols, engages and enables KOLs to collaborate on social media outreach. Collaborate with KOLs to develop engaging and relevant content for both owned and earned channels, be it website, social media, or other marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll need … Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media platforms and influencer marketing, social media planning and community engagement. Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes, including regional channel management, community engagement, governance, crisis communications, performance marketing, and measurement. In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized. Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. Experience in influencer management, preferably B2B. Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes. Self-driven & results oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
