Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Admin Assistant (Customer Service)
  • Location : Bedok North
  • Working hours : 5.25 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm & alternate half Saturday)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Incentives + Staff meal provided
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Catering (F&B)

Main Responsibilities :

  • Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries / complaints through phone calls, online portal, emails etc
  • Generate catering orders and quotation
  • Liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement / issues regarding catering orders
  • Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics / catering items
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
