Roles & Responsibility
1. Operations support
- Conduct competitive and market analysis of the previous sales performance in terms of discount / vouchers / bundles offers applied to improve and optimize the next one
- Continuously assess and optimize operations processes, procedures, tools, and automatization of recurring reports
- Monitor KPIs and set-up guidelines to measure the performance and service level of the floor team
- Prepare weekly team meetings - gathering information from different departments and transferring it to the whole team
- Support the floor team on Flash Sales event execution when necessary
2. Corporate business development support
Prepare monthly sales and management reports, evaluate sales trends, and highlight areas of actionAnalyse sales and adapt each analysis to brand needs and particularitiesParticipate in post-sale meetings with brandsData analysis - compute consumer data to provide insightful trends and understand consumer behaviour and preferenceAssist in drafting of agreement with brandsAny other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisorKnowledge, experience and capabilities
