Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to oversee the successful deployment and ongoing success of our cybersecurity solutions. This role combines project management, service delivery, and customer success — ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our products and services. You will coordinate closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute solution deployments to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Liaise directly with customers to manage timelines, resolve issues promptly, and provide regular progress updates.
- Manage application engineers for deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and professional services projects.
- Coordinate with product teams.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate quality of service delivery using defined metrics and KPIs.
Account Management and Customer Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, understanding their goals and ensuring they gain full value from our products.Provide ongoing customer support, addressing technical or operational concerns.Proactively gather customer feedback and work with product teams to drive improvements.Responsible for product renewals.Collaborate with sales teams on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Why Join Us

Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma3–6 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or customer success (preferably in enterprise software)Experience in management of government IT projects is an advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientationStrong organizational and time management skills, and able to manage multiple projects concurrentlyHave initiative and able to take proactive approach to solve challengesDetail-oriented, proactiveFamiliarity with IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, or cloud environments is an advantageMust be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PRBenefits :
