We are looking for an independent professional responsible for advising clients on comprehensive insurance and financial planning solutions .
Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored insurance and financial advice, primarily focusing on health, life, and investment-linked policies.
Business Development : Utilize provided company leads and personal networks to effectively generate and develop a client base .
Sales & Revenue : Achieve sales targets through focused effort and competitive commission-based earnings .
Product Promotion : Promote a wide range of insurance products and investment plans.
Customer Service : Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy reviews, updates, and exceptional long-term service.
Compliance : Ensure all client documentation is accurate and fully compliant with industry regulations .
Market Development : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent .
No minimum experience required; more than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred .
Possess good communication skills .
Language : Multilingual ability is preferred .
Licensing : Possession of M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI (Health Insurance) certifications is highly preferred. Must be willing to pursue and complete necessary industry courses (training provided).
Start Date : Earliest possible.
