Sales Engineer (Mechanical Engineering | Medical Devices) - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities through targeted market research and proactive customer engagement. Manage and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships. Conduct compelling product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to clinicians and hospital teams. Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and project timelines tailored to client needs. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product training and troubleshooting. Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and digital channels to maximize sales potential. Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Prior experience in engineering or medical related field would be an added advantage Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background
Roles & Responsibilities
- Well Established Medical Devices Manufacturing Company
- Basic $4500 - $5500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression
- Working location : Boon Lay
- Working day : Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm
