Your key responsibilities

  • Support the Global Perfumery Supply Chain on Supply Network Design projects.
  • Business Continuity Plan update 1-2 times / year and case studies base on request.
  • Maintain and improve existing reporting tools from across Supply Chain Inventory discipline, and the wider Supply Chain Network.
  • Development and design of new tools and reporting to drive better understanding and decision making for Supply Network Optimization and Inventory Community.
  • Help implement and drive process improvement across our Global Supply Chain and related functions like MSS (Material Strategy and Solution) and MFG (Manufacturing).
  • Interface with the Group Planning Analytical teams to drive enhanced capability in the standard analytical platforms and create better end user experience.
  • Help drive and improve the use and governance of Supply Chain Planning Masterdata.
  • Continuously collaborate with regional team on projects and performance tracking.

You bring

  • Polytechnic or University graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain, Economics or Data Analytics.
  • You have an Advanced level of English.
  • Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, and SAP & Python knowledge is a plus.
