About the Role

The Senior Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Investor Applications operations and growth.You will be providing exceptional service to various business groups across our Asset Management business by delivering new solutions and enhancements to support business growth while managing business as usual tasks to support core business applications.This position requires advanced knowledge of the Asset Management industry, including Institutional and Wealth distribution channels along with technical skills to be able to configure applications, build integrations, and deliver complex solutions.

Responsibilities :

Own and execute a broad range of tasks, including support for service tickets, enhancement requests, and project deliverables.- Continuously enhance technical skills through self-directed learning, exploring new tools and technologies to support growth and innovation.- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and solution designs.- Demonstrate deep application knowledge and stay current with new Salesforce features, releases, and Brookfield-specific customizations.- Contribute to system documentation to support internal knowledge sharing and continuity within the Technology team.- Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.-

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

, particularly within

Sales Cloud

, with deep expertise in : Proficiency in - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.- Experience using

SOQL query tools

for data investigation and issue resolution.- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and end users., including experience participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.- In-depth knowledge of

DST / Transfer Agency operations

and data transformation / reconciliation processes is strongly preferred.
