As an SRE trainee, you will be actively involved in various aspects of ITSM, contributing to our mission of empowering data-driven decisions and building future-ready systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain valuable insights into the core functions of SRE.

Job Responsibility

• Change Management : Assist in the planning and control of changes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Knowledge Management : Contribute to building and maintaining our reference and guidance library, ensuring knowledge is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Incident Management : Learn and support rapid response and restoration efforts during incidents, minimizing impact and downtime.
• Problem Management : Participate in root cause analysis and prevention initiatives to address underlying issues and improve system reliability.
• Request Management : Help in managing and fulfilling user requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
