Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Assist the sales team with coordination and support.
- Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, including invoicing, packing lists, L / C negotiation, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Process and monitor customer and supplier orders, tracking shipments and outstanding deliveries.
- Manage inventory and update sales and purchase data in the order system.
Requirements :
Diploma in any disicipline with 3-5 years of relevant admin experiencesKnowledge of Letters of Credit (L / C) and related documentation.Strong organizational and communication skills.If you meet the requirements of this role, please email a detailed resume in Word document to Chloe Tan Hui Lin.
