Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Fund Investment your responsibilities will include

Market & Company Research : Conduct in-depth industry research, competitive analysis, and macroeconomic trend analysis to identify potential investment themes and opportunities.

Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), comparable company analysis (comps), and precedent transactions.

Participate in the due diligence process for potential investments, which may include reviewing company financials, legal documents, customer contracts, and industry reports.

Investment Memorandum Preparation : Help prepare presentation materials and investment committee memos by synthesizing research and analysis into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives.

Track the performance of existing portfolio companies, prepare performance reports, and assist in analyzing financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Deal Sourcing & Screening : Support the team in initial screening of new investment opportunities and maintaining the deal pipeline database.

Requirements :

A Bachelor's or Master's degree or a related field from a top-tier university, strongly encouraged to apply.
