Service Crew(Food Court)

Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits :

• Basic up till $2200 + Allowances $100 + Monthly Incentives $200 + Bonus
• Working location : (Islandwide). Will allocate the working location should the candidate be offered the job.
• Working Days : 5 / 6 / 5 / 6 (need to work on weekends and public holidays)
• Work on public holiday, off in lieu will be given
• Working Timings : 6.30am to 3.30pm, 7.30am to 4.30pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm, 9.30am to 6.30pm or 1pm to 10pm (depending on roster)

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and assisting with menu enquiries. Duties include preparing and serving food and beverages (e.g. toast, traditional coffee / tea, desserts), maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations. May also serve from pushcarts and handle non-halal items, if applicable. Assists with inventory checks and performs other ad hoc duties to support smooth stall operations.
