This role involves both

project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects

from planning to

completion.

Key

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, liaising with

clients and contractors and local authorities for submissions and

approvals.

Oversee on-site construction

activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes and safety

regulations.

Prepare, update and review

drawings using AutoCAD (Knowledge of Revit is an

advantage).

Coordinate with clients,

consultants and contractors to ensure design accuracy and

compliance.

Maintain proper drawing records,

manage revisions and prepare submissions / as-built

documentations.

Assist in site measurements,

verification of works and other ad-hoc project-related

tasks.

Requirements :

Diploma / Nitec / Degree in Architecture or relevant

technical certifications.

Prior experience in

Built Environment is preferred, but Training provided for entry

level.

1 - 2 years of relevant experience

(Architecture and Built Environment sector preferred).

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit

(advantage).
