Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Implement IT systems and manage change requests, ensuring quality deliverables aligned with business objectives and compliance policies.
  • Maintain high availability of critical business systems (24 / 7) by continuously improving existing systems and responding promptly to incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements.
  • Provide support and maintenance for the Electricity Operation Support Systems, external-facing customer portals, and field service management applications.
  • Debug and resolve full stack issues, ensure code quality with tests, and improve processes through code reviews and team discussions.
  • Apply AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in system design and development of end-to-end full stack solutions or similar roles.
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in IT system support and maintenance.
  • Ability to devise solutions for business requirements and evaluate vendor-provided solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts understandably.
  • Positive Attitude, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to new challenges.
