What You'll Do :
Manage the day-to-day operations of
the section and ensure the KPIs / regulatory requirements are met
Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy
of EBS bills to customers
Responsible for
meeting the section's KPI, e.g., the monthly closing of billing
cycle, process adjustment and refund within 7 business days
etc
Supervise and provide guidance to team
members
Review, propose and streamline work
processes for better efficiency and improve productivity / efficiency
both internally and cross-teams
Manage
complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant
stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process
improvement
Lead end-to-end project
management, from analytic, gathering requirements to execution and
delivery
Drive digitization initiatives,
including planning, development, and deployment of digital
solutions
Liaise with ITD or / and any other
external vendors on system changes and feasibility
studies
Liaise with Principals, vendors and
stakeholders on operational matters
Plan,
test, monitor and implement UATs for system change / projects /
initiatives
Undertake ad hoc projects assigned
from time to time
What You'll Need :
Degree from a recognised University in a
business / technical discipline with at least 2 years of working
experience in an IT project environment and / or Utilities
Industry
Possess strong analytical and problem
resolution skills
Possess good communication,
interpersonal skills and able to work in a team, preferably with
experience in leading a team
Possess
initiative and drive with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and positive mindset
