Roles & Responsibilities

Location(s) : Hougang / Sengkang / Punggol

Working hours : Min. 8-10 hours per shift (Rotating shifts ; No fix morning shift ; OT as required)

Working days : 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities :

  • Outlet Operations

⌦ Oversee day-to-day of the outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

⌦ Manage opening and closing procedure, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

⌦ Maintain impeccable standards of store cleanliness and hygiene.

⌦ Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance issues.

  • Customer Service Excellence
  • ⌦ Lead by example in delivering exceptional and friendly customer service.

    ⌦ Actively engage with customers, address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

    ⌦ Gather customers' feedback to continually improve the service experience.

  • Sales & Performance
  • ⌦ Drive sales by monitoring the team to upsell and recommend products.

    ⌦ Monitor daily / weekly sales performance and work with Area Manager to achieve sales targets.

    ⌦ Track and control wastage by monitoring product shelf life, implementing first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices and reporting slow moving items.

    ⌦ Ensure bread, cakes and pastries are well-labelled, adjusting displays throughout the day (e.g., replenishing, re-arranging of products to optimize sales).

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • ⌦ Supervise, train ad motivate a team of sales staffs and bakers.

    ⌦ Assist in scheduling staffs' rosters to meet operational needs.

    ⌦ Conduct on-job training for new hires on product knowledge and operational procedures.

    ⌦ Be actively involved in all aspects of the oultet (including cashiering, serving customers).

    ⌦ Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

    Requirements :

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B / Retail operations (Candidates with extensive experiences will be considered for the Assistant Manager role) .
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse teams.
  • Friendly, approachable and able to handle customers' feedback / complaints professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and shift hours.
  • Must be able to handle product stocking, lifting and standing of long hours.
