Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
Oversee all aspects of human resource activities, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, and compliance
Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives
Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regions
Role requirements
Degree qualified with at least 15 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR
Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organisations will be beneficial
Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
