Roles & Responsibilities
This position requires assisting the Executive or Manager to coordinate administrative functions, recruitment activities and time sheet processing, employee data management, update staff training records, collate appraisals, roster schedule updates & other admin & operational duties.
- Support essential day-to-day HR operations including posting of hiring of staff and locum doctors advert on job portals.
- Assist in the Staff Training Orientation & Clinic Operations audit Admin including staff onboarding brief process.
- Assist in setting up and managing the rewards system.
- Assist in uploading the staff shift schedule for all clinics.
- Assist in tracking daily staff attendance.
- Assist in the performance review process, including preparing appraisals and consolidating clinical incident reports.
- To assist in the recruitment process, which includes job postings, scheduling interviews, screening of resumes, and preparing acceptance letters.
- Assist in organising company team building events, training events and other engagement activities.
Any other admin duties, like writing meeting minutes, as assigned periodically during management meetings.
Requirements :
