Compliance Associate

Key

Responsibilities :

Support senior operations in daily tasks and

cross-department coordination.

Assist in

developing and maintaining internal policies, SOPs, and compliance

manuals.

Review KYC and due diligence for

clients to ensure compliance.

Perform

compliance monitoring, regulatory checks, and draft control

documents.

Coordinate internal audits and

track regulatory changes.

Perform ad hoc

operations support as

necessary.

What We're

Looking For : Degree in

a relevant field; fresh graduates with strong potential

welcome.

Experience in compliance, audit, or

risk management is a plus.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical skills and

business understanding.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or

in a team.

Highly organized with ability to

manage multiple priorities under tight

deadlines.
