About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative R&D Marketing Executive to bridge product innovation with brand storytelling. This role blends research & development with marketing insights — ensuring that every new product aligns with customer preferences, market trends, and brand positioning. You will play a pivotal role in bringing fresh concepts to life and showcasing them effectively to the market.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the R&D team to ideate, test, and refine new product concepts.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to guide product development.

Translate product features into compelling marketing narratives and campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan product launches, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine both products and marketing strategies.

Support branding initiatives that highlight innovation and creativity.

Prepare reports on product performance, market reception, and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, product development, or brand management (F&B experience is an advantage).

Strong creative thinking, trend awareness, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
