Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Senior Data Analyst who will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to shape regional strategies, deliver actionable data insights, and strengthen relationships with both new and established gaming developers. Your work will help drive strategic decisions and foster long-term partnerships through data-driven consultation and industry-specific support.

This is for a 12- months contract role with a leading multinational social media company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and stakeholders to deliver insights and inform regional strategy.
• Provide data-driven consultation and support to gaming developers, helping them succeed on the company's platform.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to support product and partnership objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and refine performance dashboards to monitor key outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data mining and provide trend analysis for senior leadership.
• Support business development efforts through insights generation, strategic planning, and direct interactions with game developers to drive adoption.
• Handle day-to-day data operations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations to advocate for partner needs.
