Job descriptionA tertiary education in Engineering related discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in a machine shopfloor environment Strong 5 / 6 axis hands-on experience
Job Responsibilities :
- To support in the planning / management of shop floor improvement initiatives to meet production specifications and schedules
- Assist in managing all machining and CNC related activities or projects by developing standards compliant to international quality standards
- Review Engineering team's competencies and develop training plans to uplift CNC manufacturing / production capabilities while minimising wastage and cost etc
- Lead machining productivity initiatives while championing for existing and NPI process improvements
