About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to join our precision engineering team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for both standard and custom tools primarily used in aircraft maintenance and military vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop precise cost estimates for tooling fabrication, modifications, and repairs
Evaluate technical drawings and project requirements for cost-effective solutions
Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, and sales to align estimates with technical and commercial goals
Ensure all estimates meet client specifications and company profitability standards
Provide timely pricing for GSE and component servicing tools

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in estimation or cost engineering, preferably in tooling or machining environments

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

Relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

Strong understanding of engineering concepts, GD&T, materials, surface & heat treatments, and qualification testing

Prior experience in aviation-related companies preferred

Preferred Industry Background : Aviation / Aerospace Engineering, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) or Tooling Fabrication / Precision Manufacturing

Working Hours : 5-Day Work Week | Monday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
