Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Overseeing architectural work, supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, workmanship and materials used.
• Meeting and coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, and REs / RTOs to resolve architectural or technical issues.
• Review and endorse architectural shop drawings, samples, and method statements, reports. Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Project management, ensure timely progress of architectural works, budgets, resources and assist in resolving site constraints or discrepancies.
• Report site issues, non-compliances, and defects to the QP (Qualified Person) and project team.
