Job descriptionA bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on Finance and Accounting Preferentially, a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Business consulting or implementation experience with multi-dimensional or similar systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build / test and deploy (Agile methodology experience also preferable) Experience of MS-SQL or other coding languages Superb written / oral communication skills Committed to service excellence within all engagements Experience in mapping and modelling data Always adopts a professional, diligent approach to all client facing engagements Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Supporting full end-to-end project lifecycles, supporting workshops, managing requirements capture and contributing to solution design At the forefront of day-to-day work with clients implementing market-leading technology and enabling finance functions of the future Teaming up with a client to get a thorough understanding of their needs Providing ad-hoc technical support throughout the project and post roll-out Successful delivery of solutions in strategic accounts via design excellence Translate and transform existing solutions, spreadsheets and client requirements into solution design Modify and enhance existing solutions to incorporate new functionality, or perform upgrades Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale solutions Provide technical leadership and accountability to the project team Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner Develop audience-appropriate model documentation Participate in data integration and migration solutions Participate and / or lead User Acceptance Testing and deployment Lead training sessions to ensure that our clients have the capability to make best-use of the system
