🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating across teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriatelyRead and respond to customer emails professionallyPerform accurate data entry for orders and internal recordsCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilmentPrepare quotations and assist in drafting sales contractsMaintain organized documentation and support general administrative tasks📋 Requirements
Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordStrong command of spoken and written EnglishGood interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindsetAble to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in administrative or operations support is preferred🎁 Benefits
