Our Client is seeking a hands‑on, dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize their data centre’s operational strategy, service delivery, and infrastructure performance. This role is critical in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across mission‑critical environments.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of data centre operations including facility management, IT systems, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance of infrastructure.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Formulate and execute strategic plans to improve operational performance and scalability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, resource planning, and cost optimization.
Support forecasting, reporting, and budgeting in collaboration with finance and executive leadership.Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for internal and external customers.Monitor and improve service quality, uptime, and incident response protocols.Implement process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, MAS, BNM).Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning.Conduct regular self‑assessments and audits to mitigate operational risks.Team Development & Stakeholder Engagement
Mentor and develop high‑performing teams across operations and service functions.Act as a key liaison between departments, vendors, and clients.Represent the organization at industry events and drive regional alignment.Skills & Attributes
